Several month shadow ban ?

I have almost 4K followers, and had been consistently posting daily and had a pretty good like+view ratio
I had a random video get me a suspension for a few days, and about a week after my videos got 1-5 views , my followers couldn’t find my videos and I couldn’t add them to my story

This was about 3 months ago, can I do anything to fix this? I’d like to actually be able to post, what can I do?
