Why cant i upload videos to TikTok?

im on desktop (which i think is probably the reason as TikTok sucks on desktop and everytime ive tried to upload a video it doesnt work, it just says "Failed to Publish" and if i try it again then it STILL doesnt work, does anyone know a solution to this?
