Report a problem is MISSING please I need assistance

My account is having problems with showing videos on my page, and I every time I try to report a problem through the website it just sends me this stupid FUCKING email. I sent another report saying I'm missing the in app report button and they keep sending me that dumb ass email and putting me through an infinite loop, what can I even do at this point??!
