I was just perma’d without warning

How do I view the reasoning behind the ban? When I try to log into the app it just says this account is restricted and closes the app. I was just watching car videos laid down for a nap and woke up to a perma ban, I have no idea what the ban could be for and I don’t see any way to check.

Does anyone know how to check or appeal it without being on the app?
