bad views on tiktok vs reels

i have a semi new tiktok and IG acc, both at around 200-400 followers.

i posted on both here and there, and the last few weeks started to post a few times a week and planning to up that in September.

my tiktok views have dropped massively since about July (when i started posting more) all my videos sit at 300 views to 600. even with good engagement, likes, comments etc.

on reels those same videos get around 800 to 5k views, the engagement is fine but not nearly as good as tiktok.

my quality is good, my editing is good, i have a specific style / aesthetic and niche.
on my old tiktok i used to go viral all the time, i know it’s a lot of hard work and im down to do it, just not seeing any growth on tiktok atm and its making me feel bad lol.

anyone else have this issue? is this a matter of just continuing to post?
