Assistance with age verification

I tried to verify my age on tiktok and it said I'm under 18 and when I try to change it it'll say "birthday confirmed" so now I'm stuck on a unverified and im being restricted account when I'm 18. Sorry about bad grammar and whatever but I'm so annoyed rn please someone assist 😭😭
