How do I stop emails from Tiktok being sent to my old email account?

I've been receiving emails from Tiktok for the usual things they email you about, but they're being sent to 2 of my email accounts despite only one of them being connected to my Tiktok account. One of them was previously connected to my Tiktok account, but after changing the email account connected to my Tiktok account, I still receive emails on that one. I am aware I can just unsubscribe from the emails by blocking it on my end but I'm concerned that the old email address is still somehow associated with my Tiktok account, so does anyone here know how I can somehow completely disconnect it from my Tiktok account?
