Damn. This guy called them out several different ways and did so concisely and evenly. Didn't get worked up or loud, just conveyed the problems coolly and let them know that he won't be letting this go. Every town/city needs someone like this to bring to light the greedy and corrupt that we've allowed to infest nearly every aspect of society. If there's money to be made you can be sure that somone is breaking the rules to get more than they need, or at least, more than they deserve.
