“Your account may be at risk” TikTok proceeds to fully log me out

I reset my password and got back in luckily but I’m just wondering and praying if other people have experienced this and it’s just a glitch. My heart dropped to my ass when I got logged out MY PRIVATE POSTS AND FAVOURITES CANNOT GET OUT THERE… so I would also love if anyone has tips on how to keep my account more safe.
