Can't get any views on TikTok account

I created a TikTok account with a custom domain email address and don't have a phone number attached to it. I'm getting 0 views unless people specifically view my profile and see my videos. I can't even tag the account in comments anymore either. I tried using the Account Checker tool to see if it's in good standing and it says it is.

Been trying to get in touch with support but the Chat with us button doesn't even show up on the account. Anyone know how I can get out of this?
