no gifs in comments

everyone is always talking about the stickers in comment sections but they do not show for me. i am able to send them in dms with friends and even add them to favorites to reuse in messages but when i try to use them in a comment section, it doesn’t show up. i cant see others stickers either, unless again its a dm. anyway to enable these?
