Been getting this weird overlay on my scrolls.

So at least once a day in my scrolls I have been seeing this weird screen over certain tiktoks that look like some sort of zoomed in screen with chinese names and other foreign references. After a few seconds of watching the video it will go away then the video will resume normally. Whats peculiar is that that time shown (3:28), was the time i took the screenshot. That was new in this instance, and what made me raise an eyebrow. As you can see, its not over the app but its over the video as the tiktok UI is still on top. Has anybody come across this?
