I feel so bad for her. She looks so scared, maybe she thought the baby was strapped in and safe

Unleashed dog owners: "but my dog is well trained, and NEVER attacks anyone, he's defending the baby". I am sure, his owner never picks after his animal.

She was logical. The unknown dog was after her dog only and was only grabbing at her in a way to get to the dog rather than viciously biting down and not letting go of her. She observed and made the right choice.

lol that's one way of putting it.

December 7, 1941, the Pearl Harbor Naval Base received unwanted attention from the Imperial Japanese Navy.

It’s not a matter of one was more important than the other. The loose dog’s attention was clearly on her dog. Not her baby. The loose dog probably didn’t even realize there was a baby. In a matter of emergency and panic, her judgement in my opinion was right.

This is worse than a bot post

The crazy part is there is likely even a sizable chunk of reddit users with dogs they need to overly control because they aren't well-trained to be in public. A good chunk of dog owners are just plain mediocre at that necessary work to be a great dog owner.

The dog was obviously way more interested in the dog than the baby. The baby was in no danger, except for the being knocked over thing
