Brutally honest feedback on my TikTok, why am I not growing?

I’d really appreciate some brutally honest feedback on my TikTok account because I feel like I’ve been going in circles for ages 🥲

I mainly post fashion/beauty content and do a mix of TikTok Shop affiliate and non-affiliate videos. I’ve had a few videos do really well, but overall my follower growth is basically stagnant and most posts don’t seem to go anywhere.

If you looked at my profile as someone who didn’t know me, what would stop you from following? Is my content too repetitive/product-focused, is my niche unclear, or is there something else I’m missing?
