My account has been hacked and tiktok hasnt done anything about it.

I lost access to my account several weeks ago. At first i was very confused, but when i tried to go back in, i couldnt. My password and email has been changed. I have contacted tiktok so many times but its the same script " we have not detected any risk with your account blah blah blah" so let me get it back before i do???? Im proved my idenity so many times. The ai useless, human just as useless. I need my account back. That was the only way i was able to contact my friends.
