"a stranger's brother"
So.. a stranger?
Poor thing was probably freaking out by the excitement below.
Maybe if one more person panics, runs around, and waves their hands he'll get down
Wasn’t this last year?
Where the fuck were the parents? Or is this another "parent by proxy" scenario?
This story is multiple years old and this is cross posted from a subreddit that isn't nearly relevant. This is some ai karma farming
As a parent with a level 3 autistic child, I will never judge another parent, autistic or neurotypical, for the crazy shit our kids get into. I’m so thankful this young child wasn’t hurt. What may seem obviously dangerous to most people is often a moot point in their eyes and they are often very determined to do the dangerous thing without hesitation or realization.
No parent or caregiver is 100% perfect 100% of the time. I prefer to show people grace because it could be my child.

Where are the parents? Caregivers?
It’s getting too much. If these kids are runners caregivers need to extra vigilant. That child could have died.
