I am new and I have a few questions.

So I am new to tiktok and I was wondering if its normal if my views on my videos are so low. Because i am eligible and I want to create Limbus Company/Project Moon Content and I put the rights hashtags under my videos. And second question why I cant change the option to toogle the comments on my videos ? Its in french but it says this "this setting is restricted by TikTok to protect your privacy."
