How do I get my old algorithm back?

My FYP used to be a mix of people I follow and similar accounts. Now it’s all Olive Garden, free 7/11, Chinese buffet reviews, and dropkicking doordash orders. I press not interested and don’t engage with these videos, but it’s all my FYP has been showing me these past few weeks. I find it strange because I mostly follow and engage with BIPOC creators, and tiktok seems to be pushing white creators aggressively. I even had to unfollow Mr. Beast because I never followed him. Is this happening to anyone else?
