Without bodycam footage, this 18 year old would have spent the rest of his life in jail

Is this real? Are US police officers that stupid to do with a body camera on. Police officer should go to jail for those accusations if it's real

And to imagine we only had good body-cams on Police officers maybe the last 15 years max.
