What am I doing wrong?

I am pretty new to Tiktok, so I would like to get some feedback on why my videos aren't really working.

I work as a therapist now for over 2 years and I want to make some content about psychology.

I was trying some different kind approach to the topic, but my latest few videos are the ones I want to stick with.

Instead of just explaining psychology, I want to show people who are interested in therapy, how it can look like. I often heart from people that there expectations or imaginations about how therapy works are far away from how it usually works. So I thought it can be a niche. That's why I I decided to create some fictional therapy sessions.

As you can see, I am new to using tools like Capcut and I'm still trying to figure it out I tried different kind of Hooks but whatever I'm doing my views usually stay at 200-300 views.

What can I improve about my content? Do you have any suggestions? I try my best to improve the visuals, but in the end the main focus of my content is the dialogue between the patient and the therapist.

I am happy to hear some serious critique and suggestions.
