TikTok support is a form of psychotherapy

this support is like psychotherapy. An old friend of mine had an reported old chats when we had a real-life argument; I suddenly lost the ability to send messages for up to two weeks I'm texting the support because of my streaks that i build in the past 2 years, I get two AI-generated responses, then I submit a request to Talk to a real Person I waited for 2 hours i look at the bottom and it clearly says AI-generated Then I write that I want to write to someone, and two hours later someone comes (probably not AI) and says "Go to the info box, submit a request there (I did that)" and it was rejected immediately after 20 seconds by that AI And then I write again that I want to talk to someone. This person writes to me that there is no issue with my account I send them screenshots showing that I still can't send messages I waited another 4 hours, he sent me Ctrl+C Ctrl+V Same answer as before Then a new agent arrived She clearly stated that the matter would be forwarded to another support specialist team Eight hours passed without a response. I asked what was going on. Two hours later, they told me I should create an infobox request. I explained to this support team 3 times that I had already done so, and the AI rejected it immediately Then someone from the other team came and she said I should wait or create a new Account (bro, I have streaks of over 800 days) Then the Woman from before came and said that they had supposedly tried everything (which they hadn't, obviously) and the conversation was closed, and she said my streaks could possibly be restored later (What does it mean "COULD" that I suddenly can't send messages without being properly told why? I waited over 17 hours for answers, I begged them, and they all just wrote the same thing)
