Possible hackers exploiting a vulnerability on tiktok

Uhh so a few minutes ago I just got a notification that I accepted some dudes share feed request despite that I absolutely did NOT and I have no idea what that even means, there might be some hackers on tiktok exploiting some sort of a bug and I dont know if my account is in danger or something, I checked my login history and so far its safe and theres no suspicious activity on my account so it might just be a DMs issue but im still paranoid and I wanted to let ppl know just in case if anybody knows what exactly is happening please tell me
