Good luck trying to return anything. They claim money back guarantee and hassle free returns.
I can’t imagine why anyone would be a repeat customer once they experience shopping with them once.

What happened? I've ordered more than once and didn't have any problems. I also didn't get an exchange or refund either. Hopefully you'll get your money back.
