Has Facebook actually gotten harder for service businesses, or have I just fallen behind?
I’m genuinely curious if anyone else is seeing this.
I run a small logo and brand identity business, and Facebook used to be my biggest source of clients. Organic posts, groups, comments, referrals... that was enough to keep conversations coming.
Now it feels completely different.
I have 100+ completed projects, 60+ 5-star reviews, offer unlimited revisions, and provide everything clients actually need at the end, including AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, JPG and PNG files.
I’ve got an established Facebook page with around 1,100 followers too. Yet the number of actual inquiries has dropped noticeably.
That’s the part I’m struggling to understand. If the offer, experience and client feedback are there, is Facebook simply not working the way it used to for service businesses?
For anyone still getting consistent clients from Facebook, what are you doing differently now?
