Browser uploads stuck on checking content

I have hundreds of uploads that all came from a browser and all of a sudden last week any video I try to upload just gets stuck on checking content and eventually comes back with an error message. I can post from the phone app just fine.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Is there a solution
