Will I get my message restriction lifted?

Hi! I've been message restricted last August 10, 2026. The app said I can message again on September 7, 2026 03:04 P.M. It is currently September 7, 2026 03:42 P.M and I still do not have access to messaging. What do I do? Do I wait this out for how many hours or live with it for a long time?
