Collection still visible after deleting it

Hi! I dleted a collection of my own videos but it is still visible when other people view my account. It does not appear when I view my own account.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a way to remove it completely?

This started happening in May. I’ve cleared my cache, reinstalled TikTok, and changed the privacy settings of the videos that were in the collection. I’ve also submitted multiple help tickets, but the issue is still happening.
