Anybody else’s fyp been off for a while?

Everyday, multiple times a day I get videos that I know I would never interact with, videos about topics that I don’t even like. It’s occurred so much I’ve started noticing a pattern when they pop up. It kind of feels like an ad or a tik tok shop video at this point. I’ve been pressing not interested on every single one of these videos since I’ve been getting them and mostly nothing has changed. I’ve read people saying it’s an algorithm reset but that wouldn’t make that much sense with the fact that I’ve probably pressed not interested on probably hundreds of these videos and it hasn’t changed. My only guess is that they’ve started pushing “promoted” videos out more than before, even though it should tell you if they are (I think). Either way I just think it’s strange and it’s starting to make the app feel more egregious than it already was, like more then half the videos now are some kind of ad.
