Tiktok won't show my following page, only follow suggestions.

The issue is only on mobile. Here is everything I have tried:

• Scrolling vertically
• Relaunching the app
• Clearing the cache
• Restarting my phone
• Refreshing the feed
• Asking my phone politely to work. *Reinstalling the app
