Is it possible to sign up with no email/password..?

I was creating an account for the business I work at and did so on one of our desktop computers. We submitted the proper business paperwork and were approved as a business but now I am having trouble logging in on any other computer/phone.

Is it possible I could’ve signed up on desktop without creating a password, phone# or adding an email…?
If there was an email we signed up with, we cannot see it on the desktop version of tiktok.

TT support hasn’t done much and the only answer I was given when submitting a h*elp request was due to “security” reasons they can’t assist us unless we remove our account and start over.

We have tried creating a passkey but when we try to share the passkey it does not show up in the passwords app.

Is creating a new account really the only option? :(
