Is there a way to contact human tech support?

I've been having some problems logging into my account, so I put in an account recovery request through their support page. I was sent an automated email asking me to provide some information. I sent over the information, which I know to be correct. I did this several times, as each time I was informed that the information couldn't be matched to my account. Upon asking for a human to talk to, I was sent this.

The fact that the AI support is keeping me from my account and making blatant factual errors, and that there is no easily findable human tech support, is very frustrating.

reaching a human is almost impossible, tech support is usually a maze of bots and FAQs

I'm having issues with not receiving any notifications except for those recommended accounts ones, tried to talk to them, the first was a bot then when i talked to the so called agent, it turned out to be a bot too so when i asked to escalate my issue, i was connected to a human agent but ended up being as useless as the bots

Is there a way to contact human tech support?
