issues with viewing profiles and interacting with any videos

i'm having some difficulty with my tiktok account, which has been active for at least a couple months but i've been using it sporadically honestly cause it's not usable at all

for context: i deIeted my previous account and then made a new one with the same email (i think cause i cannot for the life of me actually verify if it is or not with nothing loading)
none of my likes save, i can see videos but not the comments, and when i press on a profile nothing works and it just keeps giving me the same "something went wrong try again later" with the refresh button that does nothing
it's been months with the same issue so would it be better to deactivate/deIete it again and retry or what else is there left to try?
