A cop followed a woman home, and his reason was, "Because I can."

He's stalking her...she needs to call the...cops?😳

This happened to my mom back in the 90’s. He left a note on my mom’s car saying where he would be and to meet him at this bar. Needless to say, my dad and his buddies went instead. He was also reported and he did end up getting fired.
