Is [email protected] the official support email for Xiaohongshu / RED?

Hi everyone,

I recently got locked out of my main Xiaohongshu (RED) account after resetting my phone. Since my original account was only linked to my email, logging in with my phone number automatically created a brand-new blank account instead.

I'm trying to contact their support team.

Does anyone know if [email protected] is an official, legitimate email address for RED support? Has anyone successfully resolved an account recovery issue by emailing them there?

If that's not the right contact, what is the best way for overseas users (outside China) to reach actual customer support for account recovery?

The ban isn't really about privacy concerns

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
