Subtitles are disappeared

I can no longer find the subtitle feature, it has disappeared from the settings and now I can't turn them on. I tried deleting the app, but nothing changed.

Videos unavailable

I haven't been able to watch any videos lately. Any videos my friends have sent appear unavailable, my saved is empty (it had 700 videos), reposts are empty, for you page is empty I contacted support but they referred me to the AI support, no use So far I've cleared cache, logged in and out Nothing worked
