For people confused about the title. Scumbag Dad was a character/series this creator would do, Brad Podray. Now he mostly does parody of content he finds distasteful- kindness influencers, etc.

I just hate this. There are genuine people a who are going hungry and this "influencer" is bothering people who are running a freaking corn dog stand while he's profiting in the background. I've worked in such place before and so many of them are barely making money and trying to survive themselves especially with this shite economy we're in. They don't need to be posted on social media without their consent trying to make a livelihood.

I saw this post thinking, "Wow, to people who don't know who Scumbag Dad is, this probably sounds really weird"

And was proved right as soon as I opened the comments, lmao

The people being recorded really need to sue. We need better laws and regulations about asshole influencers like that guy already

I’m into this dude. Think it’s crazy that the kindness influencer OBVIOUSLY posted this HIT PIECE on dad who thinks that “influencers” are bullshit.

This is illegal in Quebec. You have a right to your own image and people aren’t allowed to post videos with recognisable people without their consent. More places should have this kind of law. If someone is just in the background though it’s fine to post, but taking a video up close is not allowed.

I am so fucking sick of gambling ads. I’m thankful that I have no interest in gambling, cause it has to be hard for people that have an addiction to it. It’s everywhere now on tv and the internet and it’s basically inescapable
