DO NOT USE REDNOTE. YOUR POSTS WILL DISAPPEAR FOR NO REASON AGAIN AND AGAIN!!

I am honestly exhausted and frustrated with RedNote, and I want to document what has happened to me as a long-term creator on the platform.
I am a writer/creator, and I have spent a significant amount of time building my account, writing original posts, interacting with readers, and building a community. My posts have accumulated hundreds or thousands of likes, and I have a substantial amount of writing and reader interaction on the account.
Recently, RedNote restricted my account without giving me a clear explanation. I appealed, and my account was eventually restored.
But after the restoration, something was seriously wrong: many of my previously published notes were no longer visible, and replies/comments I had made to other users also appeared to have disappeared.
I contacted RedNote support. I was essentially told that if my notes were no longer visible, I should simply edit and repost them.
So I did.
And then the platform’s automated moderation system apparently reviewed many of those previously approved posts again. A number of posts that had already been published and visible for a long time were suddenly restricted or removed with generic explanations referring to laws, regulations, or community rules.
I tried to tolerate that.
But today I logged in again and discovered that the problem appears to have happened AGAIN.
Most of my historical posts are now missing from my profile. Only a few posts remain visible. Many of the posts that disappeared are my original writing, including fiction-related posts that I had spent weeks or months creating.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I am not talking about one individual moderation decision. I am talking about a repeated cycle:
Account restriction → appeal → account restored → historical content disappears → support tells me to repost → reposted content gets re-reviewed → previously approved content gets restricted → later, even more historical content disappears.
I have also tried contacting human customer support.
The support queue can reportedly have more than 99 people ahead of me, meaning I can wait for an extremely long time before reaching an agent. But after waiting all that time, I have had an agent end the conversation after only a few minutes because I did not respond immediately.
That is not a realistic customer-support expectation for someone who has already waited many hours to reach an agent.
I am not asking a platform to allow illegal content. I understand that social-media platforms need moderation, and I understand that automated moderation systems can make mistakes.
What I am asking for is basic transparency and accountability:
• What specific posts were removed or restricted?
• What specific rule did each post allegedly violate?
• Why were previously approved posts suddenly treated differently?
• Why did previously published historical content disappear after my account was restored?
• Why were my replies/interactions affected?
• Is this an automated moderation error, a visibility restriction, an account-level restriction, or something else?
• How can creators obtain a meaningful human review?
• Why is the customer-support process structured in a way where users can wait many hours and then lose the support session after a few minutes?
For creators, an account is not simply an app login. Years of writing, reader interactions, audience relationships, and creative work can be attached to that account.
I am now documenting screenshots, dates, moderation notices, support conversations, and the visibility changes to my account because I do not want this to become an undocumented incident.
I am also looking into consumer-protection and regulatory complaint channels in the United States, rather than relying exclusively on in-app customer service.
If you are a creator in the US or another country and have experienced similar unexplained account restrictions, disappearing historical posts, disappearing comments/replies, or repeated automated moderation after an account restoration, I would genuinely like to hear about your experience.
At this point, I am seriously reconsidering whether creators should continue investing substantial amounts of original work into a platform where they cannot reliably understand what will happen to their content or account.
I am sharing this because I want transparency, not because I want anyone to harass individual employees.
If RedNote wants to build a serious international platform, it needs a moderation and appeals system that international creators can actually understand and rely on.
