I’m from India and I earn money by promoting music on TikTok/social media. Basically, people pay me to post promotional content for their music. I receive payments through PayPal.
Is this type of income/work legal in India? I just want to know if this could cause any problems for me in the future.

So TikTok gets banned for everyone for a few hours before the 19th, and now it’s already back—thanks to President Trump, who hasn’t even taken office yet. It’s like they wanted people to panic for a bit and then feel indebted to Trump. Manipulative, almost as if it was all planned to boost his image.
2So I keep getting things like in the screenshots overlaid atop the actual feed on my FYP. I was only able to get these two, and now TT says "This app doesn't support screenshots" if I try to capture another one. Wtf? Skynet? A break in the matrix? Have I broken through to see the mad dreams of the Omnissiah?
Hello! I quite frankly only used tiktok since it showed me a LOT more fan content of a games and series I like, but eight months ago got rid of it due to the new ownership, I honestly miss seeing the amount of content others made, and was wondering if 🧊 ownership was still a thing on it or not.
Context: My main TikTok account got suspended in November 2025 and until May 2026, six months after the suspension, I was able to appeal but to no avail but after May, they permanently erased all my data that even the system doesn't know my account anymore, which means it's probably gone for good. Anyone else in this situation?
