So I started scrolling on tik tok like normally and all of a sudden my fyp became completely Arabic, idk why this happened because I don’t watch Arabic videos at all, and idk how to fix this issue. I tried to refresh my feed but that didn’t work at all, does anyone know the fix for this or why it might’ve happened?
my fyp has been messed up the last couple of days as well. First 5-10 scrolls seem to be my regular fyp, then I just get spammed nonsensical and random balkan videos. I'm not balkan. I DO have my VPN set to a balkan country, but that's always been the case, and my fyp has never behaved in this way before. I feel like it's looking at my location and then just giving my a default fyp for that location or something.

You can add words in your settings at preferenced content, to avoid these type of contents that you don't like

So TikTok gets banned for everyone for a few hours before the 19th, and now it’s already back—thanks to President Trump, who hasn’t even taken office yet. It’s like they wanted people to panic for a bit and then feel indebted to Trump. Manipulative, almost as if it was all planned to boost his image.

I don’t have access to the phone number that one is connected to and the other one is connected to an email that I don’t know the user for. Is there any other way to get into these accounts to get rid of them or do I have to spam report them? Thanks!
I think around 3 or 4 days ago, the Tiktok UI changed on my Firefox browser from showing only one video on my FYP that you can either scroll up or down from (kinda like on a phone), to having an almost similar design to Youtube, where it shows a column of videos that you need to hover your mouse over in order to let them play Not only that, my FYP has gotten completely randomized too. It shows stuff completely different from what I usually watch after the change in UI. Instead of getting content made in english, or content about my actual interests, practically everything is either foreign AI slop, videos in Russian, Spanish, or places in rural Asia/Middle-east, and horrifically enough, I'd sometimes get animal or child abuse too I checked Microsoft edge to see if it was the same but it was actually similar to how Tiktok looks like on a phone, where it just shows you one video that you can scroll up or down from. My FYP is also completely normal there too, and I actually get videos related to my interests While I know Tiktok is better used as an app on phones, I don't think it should be difficult to use on computers either, so I made this post to see if anyone can relate to this issue at all, cause it's honestly creeping me out
