Tiktok won't let me share videos or send messages, saying everything is violating guideline
I hope this is the right place to put this.
Basically, whenever I send anyone any messages on tiktok, the red exclamation mark in the circle comes up and tells me that I'm violating the guideline no matter what I send.
I rarely send text messages and only share videos which makes no sense. I only send these to my boyfriend and he doesn't understand either.
Also my boyfriends account keeps disappearing from my recent messages and from the list of people I can send videos to and only comes back when he sends me a message. He's still accessible through my followers so he's not accidentally blocked me.
Even when his account does come back, none of the videos or messages I send go through. He can send me videos and messages though just fine.
Any ideas what the problem is and what I should do?
