"Perfect score" was about what my psychiatrist gave me during my ADHD assessment 😅

Today my occupational therapist told me to mention to my main mental health team that I may need to be evaluated for ADHD. I kind of figured that may be on the cards but while I tried doing an assignment later I got lost in thought and figured I'd do an online test as a reference point. I got maybe 6 questions in before I got bored and went on Reddit, then eventually made it back to my assignment.

Thin line between people with actual ADHD and lazy self-centered people who claim to have it as a convenient excuse

Is not drinking an ADHD thing? Because if there is any type of beverage within arms reach I will down it in a few minutes. To the point i've had waitresses leave pitchers in front of me because they got tired of refilling my drinks.

So you really want to start scuba diving and bought all of the very best most researched equipment but live 800 miles away from the ocean and that was five years ago. It was your personality for three whole years though. You still haven’t gone scuba diving.

Honestly pretty accurate. I bought my dad a birthday card in 2024 and still haven't sent it to him...

After the conversation with my psychiatrist, the DIVA test was just a formality lol. He literally said, “yeah this is very likely, we just need to do the test anyway”. My session was 45mins long hahaha

The thank you card. :) I left $50 mascara which got sent to the post at the post office because ... I could not go to the post office.
