With a concrete flooring below to ensure maximum damage

Imagine your spouse kicking you off the bed and in the morning they discover you all mangled at the bottom

Stupid in a house you live in.

Asking to lose everything to a lawsuit in a house you rent out...

Most people party/drink when they are at an Airbnb and even if they don't, they are not gonna remember the cliff right off the bed when they wake to pee at 2am.

This is an insurance nightmare.
