Annoying feature

I get this pop up multiple times a day. I can’t cancel out of it and have to close the entire app and reopen it to get off the page. Does anybody know how I can make it stop?

How do i get actual support?

Currently, having trouble signing into my account because I don’t have access to the phone number as I changed it and forgot my password. The AI response keeps giving me the same prompt to use “Continue with Instagram” which doesn’t exist in the login page. Is there any other way to get my account back?
