Chiropractor selling snake oil to an idiot.

Why would a newborn baby need a chiropractor? It's literally as fresh as it gets. That's how nature intended bones and joints to be. Stop fucking up the baby's health with your pseudoscience.

Back when I was a pediatric triage nurse I had a mom come in because her baby would not stop crying. That baby was screaming sounds I never heard of. As we checked the baby out mom said the baby had just been to chiropractor and “he started crying when we left…because he always loves it so much”. Turns out the mom was stupid and the chiropractor broke the baby’s leg.

These are the same types of people who don’t believe in vaccines.

Looks like it's time for me to bust this story out again:

When my mom was on her deathbed, a chiropractor gave her another 7 years of life.

...without even meeting her! My mom never saw any chiropractor, but one caused a neck injury in another woman so severe that that woman left his office on a stretcher and became my mom's heart and kidney donor two hours later.

Stay the fuck away from chiropractors. They are dangerous quacks.

I had a booth at a festival that was beside a chiropractor and I heard him say at least a dozen times that he’s adjusted a baby at 3 hours old. People are delusional

that tool is using is called "activator", it's just a spring-loaded plunger that thumps you when he pushes on it. it does literally nothing, not even the joint cracking that's chiropractors are known for.

most chiropractors don't use them anymore because it's such obvious horseshit that people don't fall for it, and it kind of exposes the quackery.

so if you find one that is using it that's an especially dangerous person to be allowing to put their hands on you... he's not even following chiropractic best practices

I'm sorry but if you take your literal newborn to a Chiropractor you need child services called on you thinking "Oh my baby just needs her neck cracked that's why she's fussy" IS NOT OKAY IN ANY WAY

I dont understand why but chiropractors are huge in the dog world. So many of my friends get their dogs "adjusted" and it takes all my strength not to look at them like they are crazy.

Isn't all chiropracty snake oil made up by a dude who said a ghost taught it to him?

My buddy sees a chiropractor that would charge him 125$ a session to detoxify his body through his feet with electrolysis I he said I wouldn’t get it till I saw the dirty water I tried to explain to him the basics of electrolysis and he was being scammed but hey people believe in Santa Claus too
