A month and still neither subtitles nor reply from Tiktok

I've reported the disappearance of subtitles and translation to Tiktok 3 times and have gotten no reply. The sort of people who are working in your team... Your app is useless because ironically it's you who wants to keep it useless by removing basic features like subtitles and translation.
