Perfect execution of the Socratic method. It's actually surreal to hear intelligent, articulate and eloquent politicians again. I thought those days were gone.

"Tommy" is a staffer of Josh Hawley's. This wasn't just some guy from the community, this person was sent to pretend to be a person from the community by Al Sayed's opposition...and made himself look like the garbage Christian Nationalist he is and who he works for. Editing to add a source just in case anyone wants receipts. Receipts

We need far more people in the world like Abdul!! Hes got Obama levels of energy and charisma, gives me hope that not all politicians are crooked scumbags.

Tommy is asking the question because he is projecting. Tommy's first allegiance is to his Church, not to his Country. In his mind, his Church/religion comes before his country. That's why he is surprised by the politician's answer. Because he, Tommy, would have put religion first.

Religion is dangerous for this exact reason

Imagine looking like that big of a chode and then doubling down on it.

Now let's hear Tommy disavow Nazis.

That couldn’t have gone better if he had planted him

Then Tommy went directly to Fox News, holding his head high as a rightous christian martyr who was oppressed and wrongfully humiliated for standing up for the virtuous view that his beliefs should be every americans law. Truly someone who has bothered to read the first amendment.

El-Sayed handle it like a champion, but it's still sad that he had to defend himself this way. I can't imagine what it's like to receive this much hate, being subject to these horrible prejudices. It's sad, it's horrible and it's a sign things need to change
