TikTok being more sensitive with removal

Anyone else get it? It’s been happening to my older videos before last month changes and no reason given when taken down. I posted 10 videos of the same format and 1 gets taken down.

Explain this glitch

A random picture showing current time on screen if you scroll down but doesnt appear if you scroll up. Only appears on a certain video. May not be able to recreate it so I took a video.
