Hypothetically if the person recording this video yelled out to the creepy guy and hey got startled and fell, would the recorder be liable for the creep's injuries?

MEN: Instead of filming then posting, YELL AT THAT CREEP and let him see you're filming his behavior. Sitting there giggling about it isn't changing the problem.

I think he is not recording his neighbour but his family, because the balcony is on the same flat.....still creepy.

I’m probably overthinking this …but Is that not part of his apartment?? Cause the balcony is right next to that window ? And it doesn’t make sense for the balcony on the other side to be his cause it looks like theirs a gap between those other 2 windows ? And most apartments put balconies outside of main living spaces and not bedrooms anyway.
