Glad you're one of the ones who clearly see both are in the wrong here. They're just playing with us, and trumps gonna use it as a "grand savior" moment, despite clearly saying he wanted to ban tiktok not even long ago. Both sides are horrible and the government isn't our friend.
They're all just cryptid old rich assholes competing with each other to see who can get the most blind devotion before they die (which will probably be soon since it feels like the youngest person in government is 110 years old).

First of all. The ban was literally bipartisan. One of the rarest things. Both Dems and republicans almost UNANIMOUSLY agreed to ban it.
Second of all. TikTok said they would go dark unless Biden stated he would NOT enforce the ban and they said he didn’t… that’s a flat out lie.. Biden PUBLICLY ON NATIONAL TV stated that his administration would leave the decision on enforcing the ban or not to the next administration.. that’s literally him saying they won’t enforce it. TikTok though CLAIMS Biden didn’t say it so they have to go dark.
Now they are going to start back up in a couple days when trump promises not to enforce it. Making him look like a hero.
If you haven’t noticed, this isn’t being told to you on TikTok… the facts are being hidden from you. This is all one big con. TikTok is LYING to you. They then put a message up stating that trumps going to work with them? Biden literally said he won’t enforce the ban. They lied. All so they could shut down and let him play hero. Actually fuck Muck Suckaturd. He and his little fiefdom of Meta were threatened by the success of this app and that it was eating his profits. He spent 7-18 million dollars on attack prices - remember the “TikTok challenges are dangerous” period. When that failed he spent another 7 million buying off politicians.
If anything it’s his fault and we need to ruin his company.
I understand the frustration but at least we still have Reddit and YouTube.
