2I'm new to rednote, don't speak chinese and I'm using google translate to get around. I can't seem to find a "send to review" button there, however, nor can I click the "verify real name" at the top options, as it simply doesn't get to another page.
This seem like a stupid question but its driving me crazy. Im registering using a spain mobile number. After my account is created i can access to all function but not posting. Every time i post it just shows 0 impression: Im "shadow banned" for some reason. I tried seeking help in the customer service chatbot but its all AI and not helpful at all. I have sent an email to xiaohongshu, but that was no use too...they created some ticket for my account (i can see inside 申诉中心) but nothing made any progress. HELP!
